My company / Time slots

Time slots#

A tabular listing of everything recorded in the calendar: open windows, blocks, closed days, and records created by a reservation. A service view of the same thing Schedules shows.

You will find it in Moje firma → Agenda → Termíny, the Denní přepisy a blokace section.

When to come here instead of Schedules#

Schedules is better for working with a single day, Time slots for working across days. You come here when:

  • you are looking for where a closure somebody is complaining about came from;
  • you need to undo a closed day — Schedules will not let you click one;
  • you want to see all windows and blocks over a longer period together;
  • you are creating a record for a day far away in the calendar.

Columns of the listing#

Column What it means
Datum and Čas when the record applies
Typ Přepis (override) / Nosič rezervace (reservation carrier) / Zavřeno (closed) / Blokace (block)
Rezervováno whether a reservation hangs on the record
Poznámka the note you filled in on the record

The listing can be filtered by company, date and type — see Search and filters.

Four kinds of record#

Kind Where it comes from
Přepis a window you opened; the day then follows its windows only
Zavřeno an explicitly closed day
Blokace time you took for yourself (a meeting, a break, travel)
Nosič rezervace created automatically when a client booked an appointment

A reservation carrier cannot be edited by hand

Open one and the administration states that tento termín vznikl automaticky rezervací a nejde ručně upravit (this slot was created automatically by a reservation and cannot be edited manually). And rightly so — it belongs to a particular reservation. To change it, work with the reservation: move it, shorten it, or cancel it.

A new calendar record#

Use the Nový záznam kalendáře button. The Typ záznamu field decides what the record does:

Record type What it does
Okno přepisu (override window) defines the day's offered windows — it replaces the default working hours
Zavřít celý den (close the whole day) the day is closed; the od/do times are ignored
Blokace času (block time) occupies time inside the offered windows

You then fill in Firma, Datum, Čas od, Čas do and Poznámka.

A single override window switches off the working hours for that whole day

Create a single Okno přepisu by hand here and only that one applies to the day — the calendar's working hours stop being used for it. If you only want to extend a day, open the window from the day view in Schedules instead; that one first rewrites the current working hours into windows, so the offer does not shrink.

The system will not save a block across occupied time

Saving ends with a message asking you to check whether the entered time overlaps a reservation or another block. It is not a fault in the form — it is protection against taking time somebody already has.

Postup: reopening a closed day#

  1. Open Moje firma → Agenda → Termíny.
  2. Filter by Firma and Datum, or by Typ Zavřený den.
  3. Find the row with the type Zavřeno and delete it.
  4. Go back to Rozvrhy and check that the day in the month is no longer closed.

Deleting the closure returns the day to where it was

If the day still has override windows, those take over. If it has none, the day returns to the calendar's default working hours.

  • Schedules — the same records in the calendar, including creating them by clicking.
  • Calendars — the three modes of a day and how free time is computed.
  • Reservations — the client bookings that create the carriers.
