Operator#

Who runs the site, where they are based, and how to reach them. The details are filled in once and printed out to visitors from that one place.

Find them under Nastavení → Provozovatel (the Nastavení link at the bottom of the left column).

Where the details show up on the site#

Both are drawn by the same component, so the two places cannot drift apart — you fill the details in once.

Not every template has the home page card

It is part of the design, not an option in the administration. You will know your template uses it because it appears on the home page. The details on the Contact page are always printed.

Upload a square photo

The circle crops the image to its centre. With a rectangular photo you easily lose half a head or a chunk of the logo.

Without a photo the initials are shown

Ing. Lukáš Oreška becomes LO — titles and abbreviations with a full stop are skipped so that a company name does not yield s.r.o. instead of the name. No placeholder image is used; for a person or a company it would read as a broken site.

Address#

Street and number, postcode, town, country. Printed as an address block on the Contact page.

Enter the phone without spaces and without a plus

Both the display and the dialling link are formatted automatically — 420724720468 becomes +420 724 720 468 on the site. Spaces and the plus sign are not needed; the system recalculates them anyway.

Billing details#

Company ID and VAT ID. On the Contact page they are printed side by side under a shared heading, and one under the other on a narrow screen.

Map location#

Latitude and longitude as a decimal number with a full stop — for example 50.1391 and 14.9853.

Without both coordinates no map is drawn

Filling in only the latitude or only the longitude means there will be no map on the Contact page — and nothing anywhere says so. Fill in both, or neither.

The map also needs a Google Maps key

That one lives in Nastavení webu under the key googleMapsKey. Without it the space stays empty.

Extra text#

Free text under the details on the Contact page — typically the commercial register entry. It is not shown on the home page card; Krátké představení belongs there.

Procedure: fill in the operator details#

  1. Open Nastavení at the bottom of the left column and switch to the Provozovatel tab.
  2. Fill in Název nebo jméno — the only required field.
  3. Add the address, email, and phone.
  4. Upload a (square) photo or logo and write Popis role and Krátké představení.
  5. If you want a map on the Contact page, fill in both coordinates.
  6. Press Uložit.
  7. Open the Contact page and check how it looks.

An empty field leaves no gap

Every row is drawn only when it has a value. Simply leave out what you do not want published — the card assembles itself from what you entered.

Procedure: replace the photo#

  1. On the Provozovatel tab, choose a new file next to the photo.
  2. Press Uložit.

Replacing the photo does not create a second image

The same record in Images is replaced, so you are not left with a pile of old files. To remove the photo altogether, tick Odebrat next to it and save.

When the Contact page looks different#

The card is printed only on a page whose Layout is set to the contact layout. The layout is picked under Základy → Stránky on that particular page.

The details will not appear on another page

Switch the contact page to an ordinary layout and all that is left is the text and the form — no address, no phone, no map. Nothing is deleted; there is simply nowhere to draw it.

The change may not show up immediately

The system remembers the settings. If you saved and the site still shows the old value, ask your administrator to clear the cache.
