Services and price list#
The price list of what you offer. Individual items are services; service groups split them into sections.
You will find them in Moje firma → Služby a ceník and Moje firma → Skupiny služeb.
The price list is printed on the site, and services can be picked on individual work items on a work sheet — that is where their hourly rate is taken from.
A service#

The name and description are filled in per language.
Fill in either the price or the price “from”
On the site an item with no price is shown as Dohodou (by arrangement), and a price "from" is shown as od plus the amount. Which of the three states the visitor sees is decided precisely by what you leave empty.
A service's hourly rate reaches a job only when the work item is created
The rate is copied into a new work item as a snapshot. Change it in the price list later and the work items already sitting in jobs keep the original — which is right, because they may already be on an invoice. If you want the new rate on work in progress, rewrite it on the work item itself.
Service groups#
The sections the price list is split into ("Repairs", "Installation"). Without a group, a service is listed on its own.

The icon is entered as a technical name, not picked from images
The field takes an icon name from the Font Awesome library, for example
fa-solid fa-trowel-bricks. The hint inside the field shows one such name; the rest
are in that library's catalogue. An empty field is not a fault — the card is simply
drawn without an icon.
The icon and the group photo are two different places on the site
The Ikona is drawn in the price list, the Foto skupiny on the round card on the home page. Fill in only one and the other place stays without an image — and since each is somewhere else, that is easy to miss.
Postup: building the price list#
- Open Moje firma → Skupiny služeb and create the sections you want to split the price list into. Fill in Pořadí — it decides their order.
- Go to Moje firma → Služby a ceník and add the first service.
- Pick the Firma and the Skupina ceníku, fill in Název služby.
- Enter Cena (or Cena „od“) and Jednotka.
- Tick Veřejná and Aktivní, and save.
- Check the price list on the site.
No group is not a fault, just a different place in the price list
A service marked — bez skupiny — drops out of the sections and is listed on its own. When you cannot find an item somewhere in the price list, look through the ungrouped listing too.
A deactivated service disappears from the price list but stays in the job history
Unticking Aktivní stops the service being offered. Work items in jobs that refer to it do not disappear and their prices are not recomputed. Removing a price list item by deleting it is therefore only worth it for items you have never used.
