My jobs#
An overview of the work a business is doing for you — what was done, how many hours it took and what it came to. No phone calls, no hunting through old emails.
You will find it on the Moje zakázky (my jobs) page, at /moje-zakazky. Once signed
in, the Moje zakázky entry in the account menu leads there. It is for signed-in users
only — an anonymous visitor is sent straight to the sign-in page.
A job is neither a shop order nor an appointment
They are three different things and each has its own page. A job is a folder of work the business does for you; orders are purchases of goods and appointments are meetings you arranged.
What the overview holds#
Jobs are listed in a table, newest first:

If you have no job, the page says Žádné zakázky — zatím nemáte žádné zakázky.
The work count sums the whole job
A job is split into work sheets inside, and the count adds up across all of them. Work in the Zrušeno (cancelled) state counts too — it is a count of rows, not of finished things.
Two states of a job#

| Archivovaná | the job is finished from the business's side and nothing more is written into it |
An archived job does not disappear — you keep seeing it in the list with the whole history of work and comments.
The state of a job says nothing about invoices
Invoicing happens by work sheet inside the job, not for the job as a whole. So an open job may already be half invoiced, and an archived one need not be invoiced in full. What has been issued shows only in the job detail.
Why the section is empty#
This is the most common question about the whole section, and the answer is almost never "the business has not opened anything for you".
The site shows you only jobs whose customer record has your user account linked in the administration. Ownership follows the chain:
your account → the customer card pointing at it → the jobs of that card
There is no account field on the job itself. Without the link on the customer card the section stays empty, even if the business runs ten jobs for you.
An empty list and a missing link look exactly the same
The site does not distinguish "you have no jobs" from "your jobs exist but are not linked to you" — it says the same thing either way. That is deliberate: differing messages would let anyone guess what the business has on file. In practice it means an empty page is no proof that no job exists. Get in touch with the business.
What the business has to do so that jobs reach you
In the administration they open Fakturace → Adresář (invoicing → address book), find the customer card the jobs are billed to, and pick your account in the Uživatelský účet (user account) field. From that moment every job of that card shows up in your overview — the older ones too. Details in the customer address book.
One customer card, but any number of jobs and cards
If more than one card is linked to your account (a company and a private person, say), you see the jobs from all of them together — in one list, with no marking of which card they came from.
Getting to your job#
- Sign in.
- Click Moje zakázky in the account menu.
- Find the job in the list by its name and creation date.
- Press Zobrazit detail — the job detail opens with work sheets, hours, prices and comments.
