Membership and payments

An overview of what you have paid for and how long it remains active.

What can be paid for

What exactly is charged for varies from site to site.

How to pay

1. Choose the service and a payment method.
2. You are sent to a payment gateway.
3. Pay.
4. You return to the site and the service is activated.

🔴 Do not close the window straight after paying

Allow the page to return you to the site

If you close the window midway, the payment usually goes through, but its confirmation may arrive later. The service activates late and meanwhile you think nothing happened.

Do not pay twice when nothing happens immediately

Give it a few minutes and check the payment overview. A second payment for the same thing can be difficult to refund.

The payment overview

Your account shows what you paid, when, and what state it is in.

State	Meaning
New / started	the payment has not gone through yet
Pending	the bank will confirm later
Paid	done
Cancelled / failed	it did not happen; no money was taken
Expired	you did not finish it in time

A bank transfer takes up to two days

"Pending" on a transfer is normal. By card it should be done within a minute.

Membership and its end

Membership remains active until a given date. Buy it again before it ends and the new period is added on — you lose none of the remainder.

Renew ahead of time, not on the last day

You need not watch the hour it expires, and nothing disappears in the meantime.

When a service does not appear

1. Check the payment state in the overview.
2. It says paid and there is no service? Give it a few minutes.
3. Still nothing? Contact the operator with the payment number and date.

Keep the payment confirmation

The message from the gateway or the bank is what proves you paid.
