The guestbook#
A place to leave a message for the operator and for other visitors.
How to write#
Fill in your name, email and text. Depending on the site, you may be able to do so without registering.
Your email is not shown publicly
It is there so the operator can reply. Only your name and the text are public.
Before you write#
A message is usually approved first
It does not appear at once. So do not write it twice — you would end up with two.
For an order enquiry, use the contact form
The guestbook is public and a reply there can take days. Enquiries about orders or complaints should be sent by email — and are dealt with faster.
What not to write here#
Do not post personal details
Not even your own. A phone number, address or order number in a public message is available to anybody — including those who collect them.
Advertising is deleted
Links to your own site are usually grounds for removal.
The reply#
The operator may reply publicly or by email.
No reply? Try another route
The guestbook may not be checked daily. Contact details are usually in the site footer.
