Keeping details current#
Out-of-date opening hours are worse than none
A customer who drives out on the catalogue's word and finds you closed remembers it. After changing your hours, address or phone, update the profile at once.
Go through the listing twice a year
Phone, email, hours, prices. It takes five minutes.
Ratings and reviews#
Customers can rate you with stars and write a review. You can reply.
Reply especially to criticism
A civil reply to a complaint does more for your reputation than ten pieces of praise — it is read by people still making up their minds.
Do not reply while you are angry
The reply stays on the site forever. Write it, read it the next day, and only then send it.
You cannot delete somebody else's review
You can report one that breaks the rules — abuse, off-topic text, a plain untruth. An unwelcome review is not in itself grounds for deletion.
Extension#
A warning arrives before the validity ends.
Extend before it expires
A listing that has dropped out of the catalogue stops being found — and a lot of customers pass by before it returns.
Highlighting#
A highlighted profile is placed at the top of its trade. It is a paid service.
It pays off in competitive trades
Where there are five companies in the district, people find you anyway.
When a profile is not showing#
For a listing to appear, all conditions must be met at once. A single unmet condition and the profile drops out of the directory — with no warning.
- Is it approved? Until the operator approves it, it is not visible.
- Is it paid for, if the trade is a paid one?
- Has the operator blocked it?
- Did you delete it by accident?
- Did you deactivate it?
- Has it expired? Expiry is not one of those conditions as such — an expired listing is dropped from the listings by the site itself.
- Are you looking in the right trade and region?

It is sorted by how common each cause is. Nine cases out of ten are the first or the second point.
