My appointments#
An overview of every appointment you have booked with a business — in one place, with no hunting through old emails.
You will find it on the Moje termíny page. It is for signed-in users only.
What the overview contains#
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Termín (appointment) | date and time |
| Stav (state) | awaiting confirmation / confirmed / cancelled |
| Poznámka (note) | the text you filled in when booking |
| Akce (action) | the Zrušit (cancel) button |
If you have no reservations yet, the page states that there are no appointments here so far.
Three states#
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Čeká na potvrzení | the business knows about the appointment but has not confirmed it yet |
| Potvrzeno | the appointment is valid |
| Zrušeno | the appointment is gone — cancelled by you or by the business |
Booked is not the same as confirmed
Somebody at the business confirms the appointment by hand. While it says Čeká na potvrzení, your time is reserved but not yet confirmed. If it is taking suspiciously long, give them a call.
Cancelling an appointment#
Two ways, both with the same result:
- From the overview — use the Zrušit button on the row. The system asks whether you mean it and waits for confirmation.
- By the link from the email — the confirmation email contains a cancellation link. It works without signing in.
Cancelling cannot be taken back
A cancelled appointment cannot be restored, and that is exactly why the system asks. If you only want to move the time, book the new appointment first and cancel the old one after — otherwise somebody may take the freed time meanwhile.
The link from the email is valid only once
After use, it says it is invalid or has already been used. That is not an error — it is intended, so that it cannot be used a second time by accident.
If it will not cancel, get in touch with the business
Only an appointment that is still valid can be cancelled. The button cannot change an appointment that has already been cancelled or has already passed. For an appointment that is coming up soon, a phone call is the more courteous route anyway.
