Delivery#
What is offered depends on weight, value and sometimes on the destination country.

Pick your collection point on the map
A list or a map is offered. Check the one you pick — its opening hours may not be what you expect.
Only delivery that makes sense for your order is offered
If an option you expected is missing, it is usually the weight, the dimensions or the destination country.
Choosing a pickup point (Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, PPL)#
For delivery through a carrier's network of pickup points, the shipping option you selected shows a Vybrat výdejní místo button. It opens the carrier's own window with a map or a search.
- Click Vybrat výdejní místo.
- In the carrier's window, find and confirm the point where you want to collect the parcel.
- The chosen point — its name and address — is then shown right next to the shipping option.
- To pick a different point, click Změnit.
Without JavaScript you cannot choose a pickup point
If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the shipping option shows a notice that JavaScript is required for this shipping method instead of the button, and you cannot complete the order with it. Enable JavaScript, or pick a different shipping method.
Free delivery#
Usually above a certain amount. How much is missing is shown in the cart.
Payment#

Some payment methods carry a fee
Cash on delivery most often. The fee is in the order summary before you submit.
🔴 Paying online: allow the page to return you to the site#
Do not close the bank window midway
The money is taken but the confirmation may not reach the shop. The order then shows as unpaid even though you paid. Always wait until you are back on the site.
Do not pay twice when nothing happens immediately
The bank sends the confirmation as a separate background message, not by returning you to the site — so the order's status may be updated a moment after your redirect. Give it a few minutes and look under My orders. A double payment takes a long time to refund.
The invoice arrives a little later
Documents are issued in the background on a rolling basis, not at the moment of payment. An order can be paid for an hour and still have no document attached — that is not a fault.
Bank transfer#
You are given an account number and a variable symbol.
Without the variable symbol the payment cannot be matched
The money arrives but nobody can tell what it belongs to. Enter it exactly as given.
Goods ship once the money arrives
With a transfer that means one to two working days extra.
Cash on delivery#
You pay on receipt. There is usually a fee and sometimes a lower maximum amount.
Have the exact amount ready
Not every courier carries change, and not every one takes cards.
When a payment does not go through#
- Check the state under My orders.
- Look in your online banking to see whether the amount was taken.
- Taken, but the order shows unpaid? Get in touch with the order number, the amount and the time of payment.
- Not taken? You can simply pay the order again.
