- One price-list row of an item (region x gate x currency). The price is a base without VAT; the rate
and treatment are decided by the VAT engine from the item's supply kind
({@see PaymentFormItemDTO::$supplyKindId}), never by the price list.
- PaymentFormTaxCustomerDTO
- Customer of the payment form for the VAT engine: ISO country, company, VAT id and registration number
of the logged-in user. An anonymous user has everything empty, so the engine treats them as
a consumer in the country of the payment region (flag `COUNTRY_ASSUMED`).
