the presenters in `app/UI/Cron/` — the source of truth for
which jobs exist and what their default schedule is.
- CronJobHttpCaller
- Calls one cron job over HTTP on the application's own address — the same path a hosting cron
would use, with the same token, so no job has to be rewritten.

- Wraps the `ffmpeg` CLI to extract a poster frame from a video.
- NotificationOrphanCleaner
- Detaches admin notifications whose target record no longer exists (deleted order, user,
payment…) — the bell and the list would otherwise offer a link ending in 404.

- Detaches admin notifications from a record the moment the ORM deletes it — the
notification is not deleted, only its
target column `id` is set to NULL, so the bell and the list show it as plain text instead of
a link ending in 404.

- RegionHrefBuilder
- Computes region slugs (`href`) as the path of the parents.
- TaxAmountCalculator
- The only arithmetic of the VAT engine — pure bcmath:
- {@see splitGross()}: a final price → base `money(gross ÷ (1 + rate/100))` + VAT = difference,
the gross amount itself never changes;
- {@see allocate()}: an ancillary amount (gateway fee, shipping) split proportionally to group
bases, each part rounded to 3 places, the rounding remainder goes to the largest group.

- The rule table of the VAT engine.

- Gates over user roles: pure decisions without DB (the data comes from {@see \App\UI\Api\System\Models\Managers\UserManager}).
