- CommentThreadGate
- Lets the module that owns the commented content refuse new comments in a thread (e.g. Discussion: the
author switched comments off with `show_comments = 0`). Base must not read foreign module tables, so the
owner implements this interface; {@see CommentThreadGateRegistry} asks every implementation.

- Finds all {@see CommentThreadGate} services (resolved lazily through the container, pattern of
`MessageThreadReadListenerRegistry`: the gates depend on Base managers themselves).
