- Admin variant of the payment status code list, hydrated from the Api endpoint `api/system/payment-status` via `ApiBridge`. The list is seed-only (no admin CRUD grid); the manager is read-only and serves the Invoicer Setting form (choosing invoice generation rules by payment status).
