- Shipper tariff overview (`/admin/eshop/shipper-tariff`): a read-only cross-shipper grid
(a tool for lookup and audit across shippers). Editing and creating a tariff happens in the
"Tariffs" tab of the shipper edit ({@see ShipperPresenter},
{@see \App\UI\Admin\Eshop\Components\ShipperTariffEditComponent\ShipperTariffEdit}), so
`actionEdit()` and `actionAdd()` render no form of their own but redirect to
`:Admin:Eshop:Shipper:edit` with an anchor to the tab.
