VatIdCheckTrait
VAT id verification on the profile: - after a save: automatic check (online only for a foreign EU VAT id, per-IP cap) and a flash with the state, - "Verify VAT id" button: online check of the saved VAT id with the user quota, hidden once the quota is exhausted, - badge with the last stored check (no VIES call on render).
