`$this->control` is typed `?BaseComponent` on the base class, so PHPStan reports `return $this->control` as `BaseComponent|null` (for `GoogleMapFactory` it is in the baseline). A local variable keeps the concrete type with the same behavior, so no further baseline line is added.

getAppContext()  : AppContext

getControl()  : BaseComponent

initControl()  : void

initializeAllContexts()  : void

setAppContext()  : $this

initialized()  : T

Stores the component as `$control`, initializes it and returns it with its concrete type (so `create(): Cart` does not return the generic `?BaseComponent` property).
