ParameterTrait
`p[]` parameter facet; like Bazaar `ParameterTrait::prepareParameterFilter()` without address distance/geocoding (the e-shop does not use it).
The AND facet goes through Parameter::getFilterMatchAll() and
AbstractParameterHandler::toFilters(...matchAll); setPhaseOneOnly() keeps the filter out
of the main hydration (two-phase fetch, OrmRepository::hydrateByIdentifiers()).
