CartMapperInterface

Translates between the raw storage (session section or Api wire payload) and {@see CartSnapshot}.
Implementations: CartMapper and CartMapper (DB through ApiBridge,
including the merge on login on the Api side). CartMapperFactory selects one by the
NEON config (%eshop.cart.storage%); CartService does not depend on a concrete variant.
