findPublicList()

Returns the public price list of the presented company.

Hydrates the two extractAll() blocks from ServicePresenter::internalActionPublicList() separately, each into its own entity class. Service has no ORM association to ServiceGroup; ServiceListComponent builds the group-to-items structure.
