InitTrait
Prepares the template data plus a memoized fetch shared with {@see FormTrait}: the cancel form needs the list of cancellable ids before the presenter calls `render()` (a form POST calls `createComponent*()` first; same as `BookingCalendarComponent\Traits\InitTrait::fetchAvailability()`).
