FormTrait
Cancels an own reservation. One form wraps the whole table, with a submit button `cancel_<id>` per row (a dynamic id list, hence no signal/GET; a real POST + CSRF like `BookingCalendarComponent\CancelTrait`).
The confirmation uses the styled <dialog> from datagrid.js (data-grid-confirm +
data-confirm-title/-yes/-no directly on the button; outside the .data-grid container it
reads them from its own dataset, not from an ancestor), not the native window.confirm.
