The form only passes the advert id and the entered e-mail to the Api
(:Api:Comcat:Advert:sendPasswordReset). The password is neither generated nor
overwritten here: the Api sends a one-time edit link where the owner picks a new
password. The attempt limit is held by the Api on the server (per advert and per IP); a
session limit could be bypassed by dropping the cookie.
