Login for the message mailbox, a copy of the pattern {@see \App\UI\Front\Bazaar\Presenters\Traits\Inits\ResponseInitTrait}.
NOTE: requireLoggedUser() returns the id only for symmetry with the pattern; messages send
it nowhere. The server sets the scope from the JWT in the Api action; an id sent by the front
end would be a claim of the caller, not an identity.
