Conversation reply form.
IMPORTANT: the reply does not go through save() of a new message but through the dedicated
action myThreadReply: every message must recompute message_count, last_message_datetime
and the unread counters of other participants. One action is one transaction on the Api side;
a plain save() from the front end would leave the derived state broken.
The server verifies membership, closed and "can be answered in the system"; the form is
merely not rendered where the reply would be rejected anyway.
