PaymentExpressOffersTrait
Offer of express SMS services for one object: what the front end lists next to an advert (SMS text and number for every service that can be paid).
Internal action (no action*, only the front end calls it through the bridge). The Api composes the text and the
number because the keyword lives in the gateway settings next to the shared secret, and neither the settings nor
the gateway numbers are issued to a guest. Text = ExpressSmsParser::compose(), the same shape the SMS
receiver reads (PaymentExpressExecuteTrait); number = the gateway number whose price equals the service
price. A service without such a number is not offered (the SMS would never activate it).
Issues only public data: the keyword is part of the SMS text, numbers and prices are on the page.
