Catalog of cron jobs built from the {@see CronJob} attribute of the public `action*()` methods of the presenters in `app/UI/Cron/` — the source of truth for which jobs exist and what their default schedule is.
The scheduler itself is not a job, so its presenter is skipped (self::EXCLUDED_PRESENTERS).
