Thrown by {@see \App\UI\Api\Store\Models\Services\DocumentService} when an issue / transfer / receipt-storno cannot be covered by available stock (available = quantity - reserved) and negativeStockAllowed is off. Aborts (rolls back) the whole operation transaction.
