salePrice is an optional sale-price snapshot from the caller (the store never computes
sale prices) in saleCurrencyId (base currency assumed when null). batchId optionally
pins the consumption to one explicit batch (manual issue) instead of automatic FEFO; the
batch must belong to the same stock item and warehouse, otherwise the operation fails.
