InvoiceOrderNumberResolver

Resolves the number of the order a document originates from, for the PDF (`$orderNumber` in templates).
A document holds only order_id (internal id, no FK), but the customer knows the order number, not the row id.
Invoicer knows nothing about orders, so the module that keeps them supplies the number
(EshopInvoiceOrderNumberResolver). Without an implementation (site
without an e-shop) the generator gets null and templates fall back to $orderId.
