"Free delivery" / "free payment" of an order from the product set flags (`cms_mod_eshop_product_sets.free_delivery`, `free_payment`).
Rule (decision 19. 10. 2026): one item with the flag is enough, the whole order then ships (or pays) free. Before, the flags only printed a badge in the product detail and the checkout charged the full price. Used by the checkout offer and by the order snapshot, so the price the customer sees is the price stored.
