`<bundle code="" id="" action="">`: a `ProductSet` of type `type=2` without card, variant or stock.
Unlike <variant>, code is an XML attribute, not a child element (a bundle has no card or
variant of its own). id and action mean the same as for <variant>: id is an explicit
target or rename, action overrides the mode per item.
Texts, prices, images and tags share the grammar of a variant. The grammar deliberately omits
ean, isbn, unit, weight, warranty, freeDelivery, freePayment, publishTime,
unpublishTime, state, stock and parameters (a bundle has no physical stock or own parameters).
