Immutable snapshot of the currently-valid price for a ProductSet at a given (userGroup, currency, quantity tier), as read from the `current_prices` view by {@see \App\UI\Api\Eshop\Models\Services\PriceResolver}. Decimal columns stay as numeric strings (no float rounding) — matches the entity accessors.
IMPORTANT: price and originalPrice are the base without VAT (contract: ProductSetPrice).
The resolver never returns a price with VAT; the caller adds it using the rate from the VAT engine (TaxManager::resolveDisplay()).
