MessageThreadReadListener

Listener notified when a user has read a private conversation.
The Base module must not reference Bazaar or Comcat (a thread holds no foreign key to an
advert), yet a conversation started from a response has a second read record: the read
flag on the response. The module that starts such conversations implements this interface
on its ResponseManager and marks the linked response once the recipient reads the thread.
Listeners are found by MessageThreadReadListenerRegistry.
IMPORTANT: a listener must not call back
MessageThreadManager::markRead() with notification
enabled; the cycle is broken by $notifyListeners = false.
