NotificationOrphanCleanupTrait
"Detach orphaned" button of the notification list: detaches notifications whose target record no longer exists (target `id` = NULL; the notification stays and the bell/list show it as plain text).
IMPORTANT: the cleanup never runs on a GET. A prefetch, crawler or cross-site link in a
logged-in context would delete data. It is an explicit POST signal (Nette signal =
same-origin check) behind the delete privilege, plus a daily cron job
(/cron/system/notification/clean-orphans).
