MenuFormTrait
Form for managing the menu itself (not its items): creating a new menu and editing the title of an existing one.
Menu items are managed through the DataGrid (rowAction/groupAction); this form handles only the
Menu entity. The only editable field is title (a direct column, not a translation), so
the form has one field. The skeleton (save/update/cancel buttons and the return to the previous
page) comes from BasePresenter::createForm().
