ScheduleFormTrait
Edit/add form of a schedule.
The generation source (generateFrom = template/invoice) switches between the template and the
invoice picker (JS toggle in edit.latte). Renewal period (never/year/month/day) x interval,
renewal and end date, active flag. The generation itself is done by the cron ScheduleManager::runDue().
