Job settings in `edit` plus the button **"Save settings and validate again"**.
<settings> in the file is only a proposal; the job settings decide. The validator therefore lists
differences between file and job as info log rows; the admin sees them in the report, fixes the settings
here and has the file revalidated without uploading it again.
The form exists only in the states uploaded/validated/invalid/failed
(isProductImportSettingsEditable()): for a running or finished job a settings change would
misreport what actually happened, and for queued it would change the input of a run already waiting
in the queue.
