FormHelpersTrait
Component counterpart of `AdminFormHelpersTrait`: multilingual form fields and safe conversions of form values.
Unlike the presenter trait it has no #[Inject], which is not filled on components;
ShipperTariffEdit receives
LanguageManager through its constructor.
