WatchdogFormTrait
Add and edit form of a company catalog watchdog.
User, category and region are chosen by pickers (category and region are saved by an
object-graph save); type, brand and language are selects whose options the presenter supplies.
The region is the unified System Region
(RegionPickerTrait).
