Renders and manages the followers of an advert ({@see AdvertFollower}) in the advert edit form.

A flat list of following users, adding in the shared admin ModalWindow and hard delete. Keyed by advertId; the edit form renders it in the followers tab.

Usage:

A follower is a user and advert pair (the tab fixes the advert). Adding goes through the user e-mail (like a comment takes the author e-mail, not a user picker): onSuccess resolves the e-mail to an existing user. Editing a follower would only swap the user, so there is only add and delete.

AdvertFollower has no deleted flag (join entity), so delete is a hard delete. The delete link is not ajax (the styled data-grid-confirm does not combine with naja .ajax); it redirects back to the edit form (PRG) and the fragment #adv-tab-followers keeps the tab.

hasServiceByType()

Returns whether the container has a service of the given type.

The name is composed dynamically (module plus component), so class_exists() runs first, and a true result guarantees a valid type.

IMPORTANT: fail-closed like requirePrivilege(): an empty key and a presenter without isAllowed() both mean no. A component that skips this question lists the target to everyone.

Throws 403 when the logged-in user lacks the given admin privilege.

Call it as the first statement of a mutating signal, before loading data, so the check cannot be bypassed by something being written first.

Same interpretation as Menu::filterByPrivileges(), BasePresenter::authorizeListing() and PrivilegeCheckTrait::checkCurrentPrivilege(). The key is derived from the page target only, never from a file or class name.

Returns null when the page is missing or has no presenter, so there is nothing to allow.
