CommentFormTrait
Edit of a single comment from the central list ({@see \App\UI\Admin\Base\Presenters\CommentPresenter}).
The fields deliberately match the form in the thread tab (CommentThread) — the same data must not be edited differently on two screens.
IMPORTANT: threadId and parentId are not editable (moving a comment elsewhere or under
another parent would break the reply tree and the thread counts), nor are userId/ip.
