Thrown when a reference (`{"id": ...}`) on the save path was not found and is not a placeholder.
Applies to the persist mode (OrmEntityHydrator::hydrateForPersist());
the lookup covers cache and DB, a placeholder is an unpersisted parent. A silent miss
would be a destructive write: a ToOne association would be nulled, the item would vanish
from a ManyToMany link, or orphanRemoval in an owned collection would delete an existing
child from the DB. handleReference() throws for every such miss in persist mode, not
only in owned collections.
