Public visibility of an advert / company profile outside the main lists (favourites, followed, "add to favourites"): the same rule as the detail (`AdvertDetailTrait::collectAdvertVisibilityIssues()`) plus `deleted` and a banned owner. A sold advert stays (its detail shows the "sold" banner).
Before, favourites and followed adverts were loaded by id only and showed deleted, banned or unapproved records, and any id could be added to favourites.
