AdvertConfirmByKeyTrait uses trait:short
Confirms an advert or company profile by the key from an email, Mapper layer.
Only a name for the advert modules; the delegation lives in the shared ConfirmByKeyTrait (discussions use it too). Key verification, the write and the limit are done by the Api (AdvertConfirmByKeyTrait).
