PaymentItemScopeTrait
Builds query parameters over payment items (System user payments, Bazaar/Comcat/Discussion payment items), optionally narrowed to selected items.
null means the whole payment and returns exactly the unscoped shape (['paymentId' => ...],
no types), so the first activation reaches the database unchanged; a list of ids adds
:itemIds as an integer array.
