Finds a single entity by filters with dynamic includes.

getBy([array<string|int, mixed>|null $filters = null ][, string|array<string|int, mixed> $includes = [] ]) : BaseEntity|null
Delegates to getAll() with limit 1 and shares its two-phase fetch, which avoids the
LIMIT+JOIN problem (a join multiplies rows, so LIMIT 1 would cut collection members).
