AdvertParameterRuleContextRepositoryTrait
Scalar read of everything the parameter rules of an advert save need ({@see \App\Core\Form\Parameters\Rules\ParameterRuleEvaluator}): the parameters of the advert's categories, the rules with their sources, conditions and targets, and the active options of choice parameters.
Scalar because it runs in the save hook, where an ORM read would clear the unit of work. Table names come
from the advert table (cms_mod_<module>_adverts), so one code serves Bazaar and Comcat; the host also uses
AdvertHardDeleteRepositoryTrait, which provides advertTableName().
