BlacklistGuardTrait
Blacklist gate of a record a visitor sends (comment, advert, response, order, ...): `beforeSave()` of a new record calls {@see blacklistRefusal()} with its e-mail, phone and IP ({@see BlacklistManager::refusalFor()}; the administrator is not checked).
The host takes ?BlacklistManager $blacklistManager = null as its last constructor parameter and
assigns it to the property. A plain property with a default, not a promoted one: unit tests build
the managers without the constructor and the gate is then skipped.
