AdvertInitialApprovalTrait uses trait:short
Approves a new advert (Bazaar, module 5) or company profile (Comcat, module 6) by the single module setting `advert.approval.auto`.
Usage: applyInitialApproval($advert, 5|6). The logic is shared with discussion posts (module 8)
in InitialApprovalTrait; this trait only keeps the name under which the advert managers use it.
