Upper size limit of an uploaded advert image (adverts, company catalog).
Precedence: the uploader parameter maxSize (MB, when set), then the module setting
maxImageSize (MB, positive number), then 50 MB. It applies only to the image uploader
(IMAGE_UPLOADER); the file uploader (FILE_UPLOADER) keeps the limit from its parameter,
otherwise 50 MB.
One place for the front form and the admin, so the limits cannot diverge.
